Please take note of our Terms of Use:
When you book a counselling appointment, we store the personal data you provide - surname, first name, email address and telephone number; these are used exclusively for the coordination of the counselling appointments. The personal data is only visible to the person counselling you and will not be passed on to third parties. All counsellors are bound by professional secrecy.
If the person counselling you is unable to keep the appointment (e.g. due to illness), you will receive an email about the cancellation of the appointment. In this case, please book a new counselling appointment.
With the e-mail confirming the appointment, you will receive a link to the client panel, which gives you access to the data you have saved. When using the client panel for the first time, you set a password which, together with your e-mail address, allows you to access your data at any time. In the client panel you can change your personal data, cancel the appointment (Cancel) and delete your data at any time. Please note:

• The person advising you will not be informed automatically about a change of your personal data, please inform the person advising you additionally about the change of your contact data.
• If you delete your data before your scheduled appointment, it will be forfeited.

At the latest 12 months after your last login, your account and all personal data saved for the appointment booking will be automatically deleted.
The data protection conditions of the Studierendenwerk Thüringen apply, they are part of this user agreement.
